Who Makes the Jewelry?
Most of the work is made to order. I keep a small amount of stock for some of the items. All work is made by Deirdre Donchian

What Materials are Used?
All the work is hand made at the jewelry bench in Southern Maine. Materials used include, Fine Silver, 22K, 18K and 14K gold. Bone, Brass, Copper, Pearls and Semi Precious Stones.
Sterling silver is used for findings such as clasps, necklaces and chains.

How do I keep my jewelry clean?
You will receive a Care Card with Each Jewelry Item indicating how the piece needs to be care for. Techniques vary depending on the materials.

How long will it take to get my order?
All the work is hand made to order. Typical turnover time from the time the order is placed is 2-3 weeks.

How is is sent?
USPS - I use the US Post Office as it is comparably inexpensive and easily accessible. Should you want your order shipped a different way please contact me and we will make arrangements that work for you.

Can I return and exchange my order?
I accept returns on most items in their original condition within 10 days of delivery. I want you to be happy and satisfied with your order! Refunds will be in the form of original method of payment, less shipping.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To accommodate gift givers and receivers, exchanges are allowed within 30 days on items in their original condition, or by January 15th for holiday gifts.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
